Wrap Guy Link
The PREFORMEDTM Wrap Guy Link is designed to terminate solid or stranded wire used for stays, catenaries/messengers etc. at pole top positions, when the wire or strand is wrapped around the pole.
Suitable for varying pole diameter and for both single and double wrapping, the PREFORMEDTM Wrap Guy Link secures the tail to the body of the wire or strand.
The 'J' type hook is an acceptable fitting for use with the PREFORMEDTM Wrap Guy Link to retain wire or strand position. Other types of fittings, with or without rubbing plates may be used, providing they permit secure attachment.
Intended for single use but can be reinstalled twice within 90 days.
The PREFORMEDTM Wrap Guy Link is always manufactured from a material compatible with the strand to which they are applied.
The lay direction must be the sames as that of the strand with which it is used.
