Apprenticeships

Graduates

An apprenticeship is a great opportunity to obtain a qualification in your area of interest, whilst simultaneously gaining work experience without the burden of any student debt. Apprenticeships usually last between 1 to 5 years and can award qualifications from GCSE to degree level.

At PLP, an apprentice will often work in their usual job role while attending the appropriate college course. During the apprenticeship, they receive the opportunity to work in different areas of the business, as a way to not only gain new skills, but also a greater understanding of the way the business operates as a whole.

A graduate role is an entry-level position designed for recent university graduates with their respective degrees. These roles provide hands-on experience and training to help the new graduates develop their skills and apply their academic knowledge in a real-world work environment.
