The INSULIGN Polymer Insulator White Primary Neutral are manufactured from a proprietary high-density, polyethylene-based, white compound having a dielectric constant that is similar to (and compatible with) polyethylene covered overhead conductor. The insulators are designed to meet the appropriate dimensional, electrical and mechanical requirements of the applicable ANSI C29.3 and C29.5 insulator standards but designed to be used with the system neutral mounted in the standard neutral position or mounted on a crossarm with the phase conductors.

The bright white color is ideal for differentiating the neutral from the phase conductors and it makes the insulator easily visible from the ground and in low-light conditions.

  • Tie top designs are ideal for use with PLP ties

  • Superior moisture and contamination shedding

  • UV-stabilized material

  • High-impact resistance

  • Lightweight design

  • ANSI-compliant head dimensions

  • Dramatically reduces abrasion damage to conductor

  • 100% recyclable

  • Bright white makes the neutral clearly identifiable from the ground
