The COYOTE DRC (Drop Repair Closure) is engineered for fast, reliable restoration of damaged or cut fiber service drops in last-mile FTTH networks. Its compact footprint makes it easy to install in tight, congested, or hard-to-access locations without sacrificing performance or durability. Built with a rugged over-molded exterior, the DRC provides a secure, long-lasting seal that can be quickly assembled and re-entered in the field. The closure features grommet ports compatible with PLP’s range taking conical and multi-hole grommets, allowing for versatile cable management and dependable environmental sealing across a wide variety of drop cable configurations.

• Supports up to 6 single fusion, 12 mass fusion, or mechanical splices for versatile drop repair configurations

• Factory-installed gasket provides dependable environmental protection while allowing easy re-entry and repeated use

• Integrated splice platform neatly manages bare fiber and slack storage to maintain organization and reduce installation time

• Snap-together design enables fast assembly without the need for special tools

• Available in 2-port or 4-port configurations to accommodate a wide range of drop cable types and network layouts

• Designed and tested to Telcordia® GR-771-CORE requirements for buried and underground environments, including IP68-equivalent sealing and 3 ft (1 m) water submersion performance

• Optimized for use with G.657 bend-insensitive fiber
